You have two choices:(1) simply request other designs or design changes, and we we will send you new proofs (up to 5 iterations) at no cost, until you find one that you like and approve it for production; or (2) cancel your order for a sign or plaque. If we cannot produce a proof you like, after you have made a down payment (usually 50%), before we go into production, we will refund your down payment. After you approve the final Factory proof, no further changes are permitted, and you are committed to purchase the sign or plaque. All our signs are made exactly like the approved Factory proof; if we deliver a sign different than that proof, you can reject it and send it back; we will either modify it (e.g, repaint it), make you a new correct one, or refund all of your payments if you send the sign back to us.
