For products in Product Lines 1, 2, 3 and 7, it will take approximately 1 to 5 days to send you a PROOF after we receive your design requirements After you approve (or modify) the PROOF, and send it back to us, it will take 4 to 6 weeks from the time you approve the PROOF until we build and ship the sign or plaque, depending on our backlog. Shipping to you can take from 1 day to a week, depending on the type of shipping you have requested and your location compared to Southern California. 

If you have a rush order (less than 4 weeks), let us know and we will see if we can accommodate it. Products from Product Lines 1, 2 ,3, 4, and 7 can sometimes be shipped faster than 4 weeks if our backlog is below normal (usually in the winter months)..

For Product Line 4, Metal Posts and Brackets, no proof is necessary, and we generally can ship within a week after receiving the order, unless you have ordered a matching sign. In that case, we will wait until you approve the PROOF for the sign, and the sign and sign bracket will likely be shipped within a few days of each other.

For Product line 5, Large Commercial Signs, we typically take five or six weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the job. Usually it takes quite a bit of time iterating on the design with the client for completely custom signs, unless the design is already done.
