This Bishop Pass trail sign is made of  fiberglass reinforced plastic wood HDPE. The text  is  engraved in the brown  HDPE board  using one of our CNC routers, and then filled with white epoxy resin.  For more complex signs,  the engraved text,  border and artwork can be  filled in with different colored epoxy resins, which will last for decades with minimal fading. This sign can be customized in many ways, including modifying or adding artwork. This reinforced plastic wood HDPE sign is   mounted in front of a   4" x 4" wood or HDPE post and secured with one or two round head 3/8" bolts inserted into holes drilled through the middle of the board and through the  post. It has a  locking hex nut countersunk on the back side of the post.
