This custom sign with trail directions is made of weathering steel plate.  The text and artwork are cut out of the plate with a CNC laser cutter. This sign is very durable and damage-resistant and will lasts for decades.

We can make a custom flat aluminum or weathering steel sign with any text and artwork  in any size  from 10  inches to 20 ft wide. We can customize these signs  making them any shape with any artwork, any colors (Corten or weathering steel is usually not  painted but can be), any  borders, and  any text and  font-styles. For aluminum signs, text and artwork can be either painted, printed using a large flat-bed printer, or a printed vinyl (including reflective vinyl meeting MUTCD standards) can be applied to the aluminum face). Aluminum signs are usually given two clear coats. Corten (weathering) steel signs are usually not painted , but have cut-out letters and art, or can have individual steel plate letters or artwork  (which can be painted) welded  to the sign face on pins so they are above the signs surface.
