This 3D bas-relief wall plaque for a the US Army National Guard is carved from Hugh-Density-Urethane and hand-painted. The text in the outer ring can be raised or engraved by V-carving. This wall plaque can be made in any size from18 inches to 48 inches in diameter. and can be customized or personalized with text in an outer ring or an engraved brass plaque at the base of the Minuteman.
