This  large  carved 3.5-D  plaque of the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Seal  is made of High-Density-Urethane (HDU).  The border and artwork are carved  in 3-D bas-relief. The text,  border and artwork are painted with an artist-brush using long-lasting  sign enamels, and clear-coated twice for extra protection. This plaque can be customized in many ways, including changing text or modifying or adding artwork. It can be made in sizes from 10 inches to 10 ft. in diameter. This plaque can be placed on an inside wall, podium, or door,  on an outside entrance door, an outside wall, or on a masonry monument base.
