This  carved courtroom plaque for the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana,  is made of High-Density-Urethane (HDU).   The artwork, the eagle of the US Great Seal, is carved in 3-D bas-relief . The text, artwork  and  borders are plated  with bronze metal, which is polished in high areas.  The entire sign is clear-coated twice  This sign can be used either inside or outside.  This plaque  can be mounted on a wall with studs or Z-clips.
