This  carved courtroom plaque for the US Army Trial Judiciary Court  is made of High-Density-Urethane (HDU).   The text and  border are carved in 3-D bas relief . The text, artwork  and  borders are painted with  long-lasting metallic brass   sign enamel. The entire sign is clear-coated twice  This sign can be customized and can be used either inside or outside.  This plaque  can be mounted on a wall with studs or Z-clips.
