These custom letters for the "Cheesecake Factory" is carved in  3-D bas-relief relief from High-Density-Urethane (HDU) and are copper gilded.  It   is clear-coated twice. 

We can carve a custom sign or wall plaque of any design in any size from 10  inches to 20 ft wide. We can customize these signs and plaques  making them any shape, any 3-D, 2.5-D multi-level, or engraved artwork, any  borders, and  any text and  font-styles. These are normally stained but can also  be painted  using  an artist brush or airbrush. They are given two clear coats.
