This large wall plaque  for an outside wall of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is made from 4 inch thick High-Density-Urethane (HDU) which is carved in 2.5-D raised relief, . The artwork is a  the State of Virginia's Great Seal.  . The sign is painted with long-lasting, UV and graffiti resistant Matthews polyurethane primer, color coats, and clear-coats.
