This large custom sign  for "BSC GenAmera" is carved in  2.5-D multi-level raised and engraved relief from High-Density-Urethane (HDU). It has a sandblasted background.  It  is  painted with long-lasting sign enamels, and  is clear-coated twice for UV protection. 

We can make a large custom sign with any design in any size up to 20 ft wide and 10 ft tall. We make our large signs from Redwood, Cedar. High-Density-Urethane (HDU) , Aluminum Plate, Steel Plate, and MDO/HDO (Medium or High Density Overlay) smooth-faced plywood. We can customize these signs with any shape, artwork, border, font style, or color scheme with raised multi-level, engraved or flat text and art of your choice, and can sandblast (for wood and HDU signs only) the background in wood grain or sandstone or leatherette,  or we can make make it smooth . These large signs are typically installed in front of three or between two wood, steel or aluminum posts, or mounted on a large building wall.
