This plaque of the Badge for the  Fire  Department of South San Francisco, California, ,  is carved in  2.5-D multi-level raised and engraved relief from High-Density-Urethane (HDU).  It  is artist-brushed painted with long-lasting sign enamels, and  is clear-coated twice for UV protection.
