This large High-Density-Urethane (HDU) sign for Hardester's Bakery features 2.5-D artwork, text and border. The text, artwork and borders are carved and raised above the background in 4 levels. The artwork consists of three wheat ears and a long draped ribbon. The background is painted with an airbrush in a faux wood grain pattern. The sign's text, borders and artwork are painted using long-lasting sign enamels. The sign is clear-coated twice for additional UV protection. This sign will be mounted high on a wall. It is carved in two pieces bonded together which are inserted into a steel perimeter frame with steel vertical braces on the back of the sign for additional support. The sign is shipped and installed as a single integrated piece.
