This Rental Office sign is carved from High-density-Urethane (HDU). The text and border are raised above the background,  which is lightly sandblasted in a sandstone texture. The black text is easily visible against the white background. The sign is clear-coated twice for UV protection. This sign can be mounted on the office wall next to the entrance door, or on a nearby post.
